American Physical Therapy Association Endorses
AppointmentsPRO™ Scheduling Software
ALEXANDRIA, VA,
April 29, 2005 -- The American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
announced its endorsement of the AppointmentsPRO™ series of
appointment scheduling computer software by SpectraSoft, Inc., of
Tempe, Arizona. “We are pleased to endorse this software which
we believe is appropriate for physical therapy facilities of various
sizes and that will meet the needs of our members for providing
efficient, quality health care,” said APTA President Ben F
Massey, Jr, PT, MA.
AppointmentsPRO™
provides a clear record of appointments and other management reports
that help simplify appointment making by eliminating scheduling
errors, improving workflow, and generating various reports. It also
connects patient data and visit details to the industry’s
leading solutions for billing, documentation, and insurance verification.
“It is an honor to be recognized by APTA in this way,"
said Steve Petrie, CEO of SpectraSoft. "Our focus has always
been on physical therapy -- to create products that meet the specific
needs of rehab professionals, instead of forcing solutions on them
that are designed for other healthcare applications.”

scheduling software for health care. More than 3,000 practices,
hospitals, and businesses rely on SpectraSoft to boost profitability
through better scheduling. APTA product endorsements are statements
to its membership and the general public that a product is worthy
of consideration. Review criteria include benefits to the user,
