MDeverywhere and SpectraSoft Join Forces
to Create a Total Solution
HAUPPAUGE, NY and
TEMPE, AZ – MDeverywhere has incorporated SpectraSoft’s best-selling
AppointmentsPRO series of scheduling systems as the scheduling component
of its Total Solution. Total Solution automates virtually the entire patient
management process, significantly reducing the time a practice spends
on registration, scheduling and billing which has resulted in dramatically
increased net collections and decreased operating costs for medical groups
of all sizes.
Patient registration
and scheduling data are entered via AppointmentsPRO, and these data are
automatically integrated into MDeverywhere’s Palm and Web-based
EveryCharge™ product, providing a paperless and virtually error-free
billing environment. This fully automated process eliminates hours of
repetitive work that most practices currently experience. In addition,
many time-consuming office tasks are automated, including the complex
scheduling of multi-visit, multi-resource appointments and the generation
of appointment reminders via phone, email or letter. With Total Solution,

To use Total Solution,
the office staff simply registers and schedules a patient, and the data
automatically flows through for coding at which point the practitioner
then codes the charges at the point of care, using EveryCharge™,

engine. These coded encounters are then processed by the MDeverywhere
billing system, and in turn are submitted electronically to the appropriate
payers resulting in a 55% decrease in denials. A dedicated team of MDeverywhere
employees manage all billing functions, including denials, claims rework
and appeals processes as needed. Any patient related correspondence or
inquiries, as well as payment postings, can be viewed via an electronic
ledger, and all practice management reports are available via the web
to the practice.
