SpectraSoft Partners with Rehab Documentation
Company LLC
SpectraSoft Inc,
a Tempe based developer of appointment scheduling software, has teamed
up with The Rehab Documentation Company LLC (TRDC) of Nashville, TN
to create an integrated product for Physical Therapy practitioners and
other rehabilitation professionals.
SpectraSoft is the
developer of AppointmentsPRO™, an intuitive, easy-to-use software
product with features for multi-practice appointment tracking. ReDoc
is a leading national solution provider of clinical documentation software
for rehabilitation professionals.
Under the agreement,
medical practitioners using AppointmentsPRO™ or ReDoc Clinical
Documentation Software™ will have access to the multi-faceted
functionality of both systems. A user will be able to generate a single
seamless patient profile, including appointment authorizations, scheduling
information, and treatment history.

TRDC's ReDoc Clinical
Documentation Suite™ uses an intuitive point and click technology
to enable rehabilitation professionals to eliminate redundant paperwork
and improve efficiency by recording patient data at the point of service.
ReDoc produces all
the reports needed for compliance with JCAHO, CHFA, CORF standards of
practice, and has been endorsed by the American Physical Therapy Association.
The product of the
integration of TRDC and SpectraSoft technologies will be available initially
in a choice of networked or stand-alone format, with a web-enabled ASP
service down the road.
