The Email Module is one of SpectraSoft's AutoRunners -- functions that perform automatically day...after day...after day. Here's all you have to do to generate daily email reminders:

1. Write up to three custom email messages.
2. Personalize each message by inserting tags that pull data from AppointmentsPRO such as client name, resource, appointment date, appointment time, and appointment instructions.
3. Specify how many days before the appointment you want each email to be sent.
4. Specify what time of day you want the email sent.
5. Enter a subject for each reminder message.
