Practitioner Alerts

You can set alerts to pop when an appointment is (1) made, (2) moved or (3) canceled, or a scheduled patient (4) arrives, (4) has been seen, or (6) is marked as a no-show.

When an event occurs for which you have requested alert, a red light will appear in the system tray (bottom right) of your PC desktop. You can also set up pager alerts with the optional pager system (below).
